Dylan is considered one of the greatest songwriters of our time. His powerful lyrics, encapsulating the political and social scene for decades, continue to be exceptionally relevant. 

While Joe Milligan is a singer/songwriter in his own right, he is also an interpreter of the songs of Bob Dylan. Joe believes that songs live and breathe, so what you’ll find are interpretations of the original song, interpretations that embody his unique playing and singing style without compromising the integrity of Dylan"s original work.

The following arrangements are kept purposefully simple, with only his guitar and one or two accompanying instruments.
